Welcome to Zero to Unicorn (“we”, “our”, “us”). Zero to Unicorn is a recruiting marketplace platform that enables organizations to outsource recruitment and allows independent recruiters to submit candidates for open roles and earn rewards.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Zero to Unicorn platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

2. User Agreement

By creating an account, logging in, or using any part of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Zero to Unicorn.

3. Platform Usage

You agree to use the platform only for lawful recruitment-related purposes. You must not misuse the platform, submit false or misleading information, or attempt to access systems or data not intended for you.

4. Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account. Authentication is handled using secure tokens stored in browser cookies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

5. Candidate Submissions

Recruiters must ensure that candidates submitted through the platform have provided consent to share their information. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you submit.

6. Rewards and Payments

Rewards are subject to the specific job terms defined by the hiring organization. Zero to Unicorn does not guarantee payments unless all conditions outlined for a role are fulfilled.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Zero to Unicorn. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time if these terms are violated or if misuse is detected.

9. Limitation of Liability

Zero to Unicorn is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated terms.
